Qualifications & experience

- Must have at least 2 years prior experience as a Breakfast Chef
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes

Tasks & responsibilities

- Prepare and cook all breakfast menu items to a high standard
- Set up the breakfast station and ensure all mise en place is ready before service




- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Follow recipes and portion controls consistently
- Ensure speed and efficiency during peak breakfast hours
- Assist with stock rotation and reporting low ingredients to the Head Chef
- Properly clean down kitchen and equipment after breakfast service
- Adapt to special dietary requirements and customer requests when needed
- Support the team in other kitchen duties when required

You’ll be working under an experienced Head Chef who will support and up-skill you, helping you grow and become the best in your role.
