Soul Origin is seeking an Area Manager/Franchise Business Consultant to lead and support our NSW store network. You will coach franchise partners, drive sales, and implement business strategies across multiple sites while maintaining brand standards for product, display and customer experience.

You’ll travel between stores, conduct audits, train teams, and support recent openings, with a focus on KPI achievement, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
