Strata Assistants, Property Managers & Facility Managers with the confidence to move into the role are welcome.

Must have current strata registration or license.

Car & drivers license is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

Strata Manager based in Sydney's inner west

Manage a small portfolio

Establish solid relations with Lot Owners & Committee Members

Maintain all levels of compliance

Attend to work orders, quotes & repairs

Attend General & Committee Meetings

Additional Schedule B fees & bonuses

Work with a strong and supportive team

Be part of a professional & reputable brand in the industry

Supportive team members include admin, quality control, compliance, contracts & accounting staff
