You will triage client queries across six domains and collaborate with Manila and Noida delivery teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires robust relationship management and the ability to mentor regional analysts.

You will support onboarding in the APAC timezone, maintain communications with clients, and provide on-site oversight for the Sydney managed-service operations.
