We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure productive workflow and compliance with regulations
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and collections
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing patient concerns and resolving issues
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and effective communication
- Manage inventory and supplies,



including ordering and stocking
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software
