Job Description

Work as part of the Beverage team to provide entry and security services to assist in maintaining an environment that contributes to consistent, quality service for patrons. Typical duties can include:

- Monitor security of premises and perform venue checks
- Greet, assist and direct members and guests
- Ensure entry requirements determined by Club Sapphire and imposed by the Registered Clubs Act are met




- Monitor patron behavior to ensure RSA House Policy is applied
- Report security concerns and issues to appropriate colleague
- Undertake bar shifts as required;
- Support reception services, as required e.g. process ticket purchases, membership renewals etc .

Desired Skills and Experience

Holds a current RSA competency card;

Some level of previous door/security experience, ideally in a hospitality setting;

A friendly and pleasant manner, but able to act firmly and decisively as required;

Good attention to detail including application of RSA standards;

A reasonable level of computer competency.

Able to work evenings (some late) and also weekends.
