Blue Collar Recruitment is seeking a Catering Assistant to join a fast-paced aviation catering team at Brisbane Airport. You will assist with food prep, maintain high hygiene standards, and support dishwashing operations in a busy setting.

This role offers a 7-day rotating roster, flexible shifts (early mornings, evenings and weekends), opportunities to learn in a respected company, and a chance to gain experience in high-volume food preparation while working with a supportive team.
