We’re seeking a confident and client-focused Account Manager to join a growing business that delivers essential compliance services to the real estate industry. This is a relationship-led role where you’ll be the main point of contact for property professionals — ensuring services are delivered smoothly and clients feel supported at every stage.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with real estate agency clients
- Respond to day-to-day queries and coordinate internal support
- Regularly connect with property managers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on client satisfaction
- Represent the business at networking events and industry functions (some after-hours required)
What You Bring
- Experience in property management is essential (real estate industry background required)
- Account management or client service experience, ideally in property, utilities, or compliance sectors
