About the Role

At Hawksbury Gardens, we aim to create more than just a place tolive; we strive to build a true sense of home for every resident.In your role as a Personal Care Attendant, you’ll provide practicalsupport with day-to-day needs while helping foster a warm,respectful environment where residents feel safe, valued, andconnected.

What your day will look like:

- Provide responsive and respectful personal care tailored toindividual care plans
- Work alongside Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensurehigh standards of care
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene,



and otherpersonal needs
- Promote social connection and activity participation
- Keep accurate records and ensure care plans are followedconsistently

What You Bring to the Role

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, orequivalent (essential)
- Have a current NDIS Worker Check (essential)
- Have experience in personal care and aged careenvironments
- Can work well independently and as part of a collaborativeteam
- Show empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for workingwith older people
