Vivaci Industries operates Chiropractic Life, one of Australia's largest chiropractic networks, and Investorus, a boutique financial planning firm. We are part way through a significant consolidation of the business, and we are building the corporate function to match where the business is going rather than where it has been.
This is a standalone People Manager role with an exciting future. You will own the People function end to end across multiple entities, a distributed workforce of employees and contracted practitioners, and practice locations across several states. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and you will be the organisation's go to person for all things People.
What the role actually involves
Owning employee relations: performance management, investigations, disputes, terminations. You will run these, not escape them.
Owning recruitment and onboarding for practitioners, locums, practice staff and corporate roles.
Owning award interpretation, NES compliance and practitioner engagement arrangements across the group.
Owning intelliHR and building the automation that lets a small team support a large distributed workforce.
Building capability in our practice managers so that routine people matters are resolved locally.
Leading cultural initiatives across all entities.
Who this suits
You are a generalist with real employee relations depth. You have run performance processes to termination, conducted investigations, and handled matters that went external. You interpret awards without needing to outsource it. You work autonomously, you close things out, and you are comfortable being the person who owns it.
You want scope and you are not looking for a steady-state administrative role. This function is being rebuilt, and you will be rebuilding it. This is not a role for someone who wants everything handed to them, but wants to take accountability while being supported by the executive team.
This role is fully remote and can be completed from anywhere in Australia as long as you have a decent laptop and internet connection.
What you will need
Tertiary qualification in HR, IR or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
At least five years' generalist HR experience, including two at senior adviser level at a minimum
Multi-site and multi-entity experience highly regarded
Experience in Allied Health and/or Financial Services highly regarded as well.
Robust written communication and HRIS capability
Vivaci Industries is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
