NFP Success is seeking experienced HR professionals with not-for-profit and SCHADS expertise to join our adaptable, project-focused team. Most work is remote with occasional client-site visits, and hours are negotiated to suit your availability.

You will work with not-for-profit organisations on recruitment, contracts, redundancies, award classifications, and Fair Work matters, applying SCHADS knowledge and National Employment Standards to support clients.
