Skills and Experience

- Defect Manager background
- QMetry experience
- resolution timelines, and severity distribution.
- Excel experience
- Power BI experience
- Experience within infrastructure, network, data centre migration, cloud, platform or technology uplift programs
- Experience in advanced reporting and data analysis using Jira dashboards, Excel, Power BI tools
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
