Jet Aviation Defence in Australia is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead the Maintenance Training Organisation and ensure compliance with DASR/EASA/CASA across multiple sites.

You will develop training strategies, oversee Part 145/147 training packages, and mentor staff while collaborating with Quality and Aviation Safety to close capability gaps. The role supports Defence engagement and regulatory stakeholders.
