Il Baretto in Paddington, Sydney, is seeking a full-time kitchen professional to join a family-run Italian restaurant transitioning to Roman regional cooking under a new head chef. You will own your section, contribute to prep and mise en place, and grow within a focused, well-equipped kitchen.

Candidates should have at least two years in a skilled kitchen; Italian/European background is helpful but not mandatory.
