The Y NSW is seeking an experienced or advanced Educator to step into a leadership role within our Out of School Hours Care service at Wamberal. You will coach educators, drive program quality, and deliver enriching experiences for children, in collaboration with the leadership team.

This role offers a transparent path to Coordinator/Director, with opportunities to influence practice across programs and scale quality outcomes through hands-on mentoring and curriculum leadership.
