As a Service Officer, you'll be the friendly face of our stadium venues, delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping keep the venue running smoothly.
The diverse role includes administrative tasks such as computer and phone-based service, as well as face to face servicing customers at reception and café. The Service Officer is also responsible for preparing food
and beverages, cleaning, supporting venue setup, and assisting with the delivery of programs and services

operates the following council-owned venues:
