We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

The Role

This is a senior technical role spanning advisory, design and delivery.

You will work across building electrification, energy performance, current construction and mechanical system upgrades — from early-stage client advisory through to project completion.

You’ll sit in a unique professional position working with our HVAC construction team, Facilities Maintenance Team and performing consultancy style advice to established construction and FM clients.

Your work will include:

- Building electrification strategy and advisory
- Green Star and WELLs design and compliance
- Mechanical system upgrades for existing buildings
- Client engagement and stakeholder communication
- Design Management, documentation,

calculation and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

A senior engineer who thinks like a consultant but wants to see their work built. You'll need to be comfortable working across both advisory and delivery, and confident engaging directly with clients.

You'll need:

- Demonstrated experience across NABERS, Green Star, WELLS and/or building electrification
- Current Drivers Licence
- Australian Citizenship (due to specific project requirements)
- ACT Engineer Registration (or CPENG or similar registration as a pathway)
- Experience with Procore is a plus, but not essential
