WHSmith Australia is seeking an Entry Level IT Support Analyst to provide IT & Help Desk support to users across our stores. You will ensure smooth day-to-day running of PCs, mobile devices, printers and Microsoft 365 services across WHSmith sites.
Based in Sydney with hybrid working (3 days in office), you will maintain IT registers, assist with remote networks, and prepare reports with the IT Systems Manager.
