Coalition, Inc. is seeking a Support Engineer to be the voice of the customer on security questions, incidents, and product issues.

You will field concerns, communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and ensure issues are understood and resolved with prompt escalation when needed. You will work with Product, Threat Engineering, and Security Engineering to turn customer feedback into product improvements and better security outcomes.
