Senior/Supervisor - VCFO/Management Accounting - Chartered Accounting Firm

Office is based in Southern Sydney, although this firm offers a completely remote working arrangement (need to be based in Australia)

This progressive and forward-thinking CA firm (ex Big 4/Mid tier Partner) has seen an incredible amount of organic growth within the business and are now looking to bring in a personable and driven candidate to join their easy going and friendly team.

The successful candidate will either be currently working at the Senior Accountant or Supervisor role. Ideally this candidate would have previously worked in, or currently is working in, a Chartered Accounting firm with experience across financial statements, BAS, and tax returns, whilst also having experience with Management Accounting tasks such as monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, dashboards, and analysis.

This person will have all the training and support to make a successful transition into this role. Longer term they will also be provided with the autonomy and support to eventually grow their team out (both on shore and offshore resources) and continue to build their client portfolio whilst continuing to develop and grow in the role themselves.

In this role you will get experience across Management Accounting, areas of Tax, Business Advisory and a high level of client/stakeholder engagement.The company itself deals with a wide range of clients across as number of industries.

To be successful for this role you will:

- Have a minimum of 3+ years of local experience in a similarVirtual CFO, Management Accountant, or Business Services role
- Be studying, or completed, yourCA/CPA qualification
- Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be committed to working in a cooperative and high performing team environment
