Taldumande Youth Services invites applications for a casual Youth Worker to join the Beach Reach program on Friday and Saturday evenings on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. You’ll work with another Outreach Worker to drive the Beach Reach van, engage vulnerable youth in public spaces, and build trust in a quick-paced, supportive environment.
The role focuses on after-hours outreach, safe engagement, and collaboration with local police and services to connect youth with appropriate support.
