The Role

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with senior Financial Advisors and mentored by experienced industry professionals with over 15 years in wealth management.

You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience – supporting portfolio management, coordinating operations, and acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service and administrative enquiries
- Support Financial Advisors in preparing portfolio reviews, investment proposals, and client materials
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and trade execution coordination
- Manage account operations including onboarding, asset transfers, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements




- Coordinate with custodians, product providers, compliance, and internal teams
- Support client engagement initiatives, including events and relationship-building activities

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services

Skills & Attributes

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities
- A client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Genuine interest in financial markets, investments, and portfolio construction
