Bupa invites applications for a Medical Receptionist to be the warm, skilled voice greeting patients and keeping our practice running smoothly. You’ll coordinate appointments, connect patients with the care team, and ensure accurate, compassionate service from arrival to departure.

This permanent part-time role (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday) involves payments processing, health insurance queries, and maintaining a calm, organized reception area in our Townsville clinic.
