Glassguard is a DTC ecommerce brand delivering surface restoration and deep cleaning solutions across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We sell mainly through digital marketing and need a Growth Marketing Manager to drive performance.

You’ll own paid ads, creative and retention, lead our small in-house team, and work hands-on while shaping strategy. This role emphasizes CAC, ROAS, margin and LTV, with multi-market experience a solid advantage.
