Telstra Health is seeking a Support Officer for the Leaving Violence Program to be a key contact for victim-survivors, delivering empathetic support via phone and digital channels in a rapid-paced, trauma-informed environment.

You will document interactions across CRM/case management systems, assist with appointments/payments, and escalate risk when needed while upholding confidentiality and cultural safety.
