We are seeking anExperienced Estimator with a solid background informwork to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can accurately assess project costs, prepare competitive tenders, and work closely with clients and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for formwork projects.
- Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify project risks and opportunities during the estimating process.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
- Assist with handovers to operations once projects are awarded.
- Maintain accurate estimating records and pricing databases.

About You

- Proven experience as aExperienced Estimator ,



with a strong focus onformwork and FRP .
- Excellent knowledge of commercial, residential, and civil construction projects.
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
