Service finance clients for well established Financial advice business
Assess client needs and structure appropriate lending solutions
Select products from a broad panel of lenders
Manage the applications from submission through to settlement
Support the Financial Adviser in maintaining robust client relationships
Liaise and coordinate with lenders, BDMs and other professionals
Ensure all applications meet compliance requirements
About You, you will have:
Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker
Strong knowledge of residential lending and lender policies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Self-driven and accountable with the ability to work independently
A genuine focus on providing excellent client service
