Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in our Karrinyup store to support the Store Manager in leading a rapid-paced team and delivering an unbeatable client experience. You will drive a selling culture, monitor KPI performance, and help develop internal talent while energising staff to provide exceptional service.

With 2-3+ years in retail management, you will coordinate with the District Manager to implement growth strategies, manage store operations, and uphold Sephora’s brand standards
