Kare Call is a growing, family-focused disability support provider delivering person-centred care to children across Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. We specialise in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to build skills, confidence and meaningful daily routines.

We're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our friendly team on an ongoing casual basis.

About the role

You’ll work one-on-one with children and their families, helping them:

- Reach their developmental goals
- Build emotional regulation and communication skills
- Take part in their community with confidence
- Feel safe, supported and nurtured every step of the way

What you'll need

- Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent disability qualification (required at the time of application)
- Experience with, or a solid interest in, supporting children with autism
- Valid Australian work rights
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Satisfactory references

Nice to have

- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (preferred, not essential)
