About the role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team on a full time basis. Working across a dedicated portfolio of hotels, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. This role is central to the continued growth of 1834 Hospitality, and offers the opportunity to shape the direction of our hotels.

Key responsibilities

- Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across Meta, Google, CRM and traditional channels
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking return on investment for all campaigns
- Create compelling marketing content including copywriting and graphics
- Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and regular engagement with followers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including operations, sales and senior management to align marketing efforts with business objectives




- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to leadership
- Manage relationships with external marketing partners, agencies and vendors

What we're looking for

- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality, leisure or service industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results
- Solid digital marketing expertise including Performance Marketing, Social and CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
- Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools and CRM systems
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating strong financial acumen
- Creative thinker with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
