Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our NSW/Sydney region across 17–18 stores, accountable for sales, margin, wage discipline, and people capability. You will drive the region from the stores, not a desk, and report to the EGM Retail Operations & Property.

You will demonstrate senior leadership, read stores quickly, and own the P&L; with a focus on delivering sustainable growth, customer service excellence, and robust team development.
