Evolution Mining is seeking a Mining Engineer to join our Cowal Operations. Based in NSW, you’ll translate mine plans into actionable schedules, targeting protected, efficient production and stakeholder alignment across geology, survey and geotechnical teams.

Working an 8:6 roster with 12-hour shifts, you’ll develop short-term plans, influence site performance, and support drill and blast design while contributing to a growing open pit operation and long-term mine plans.
