- Responsibilities include:

- Lead the boys boarding house for the duration of the shift and act as the first point of contact for staff, students, families and College leadership
- Oversee shift operations and hold primary responsibility for the welfare, safety and supervision of students in residence
- Ensure daily routines are delivered smoothly and the residential environment remains safe, orderly and supportive of independence and life‑skills development

- Provide consistent pastoral care and wellbeing support to students throughout the shift

- Support students in a culturally respectful environment, with an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives
- Report directly to the Head of Boarding
