Thinkerbell is seeking a Lead CX Thinker (Senior SEO Strategist/Manager) in Melbourne to drive technical SEO strategy and site health diagnostics. You’ll translate complex diagnostics into crisp briefs for clients and manage a small team of CX Thinkers.

You'll focus on 70% technical strategy and 30% client-facing consulting, guiding developer briefs and coordinating with partners without coding. Versatile work options may be discussed.
