Outstanding on the phone and want to be rewarded for results?

Ace Property Team is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to turn inbound property-investment enquiries into qualified Discovery Sessions for our Growth Strategists.

You’ll speak with working Australians who have already expressed an interest in property investment. Your role is to understand their situation, determine whether they’re a genuine fit and confidently move qualified prospects to the next stage.

We provide the leads, systems, training and support. You bring the phone skills, consistency and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

- Respond quickly to new inbound property-investment enquiries

- Build genuine rapport with working Australians over the phone

- Understand their motivation, financial position, timing and decision‑making situation

- Qualify whether they’re suitable for the next stage of our process

- Book quality Discovery Sessions directly into our Growth Strategists' calendars

- Follow up prospects who aren’t ready to book on the first conversation

- Protect appointment attendance through confirmations and structured follow‑up

- Handle common questions and hesitation confidently

- Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead stages and next actions

- Know your numbers and take ownership when performance drops

Earnings

Commission Only | $125K OTE | Uncapped





There is no base salary or hourly rate.

Your earnings are directly linked to the results you produce, with commission paid on agreed performance outcomes.

There is no cap on commissions , giving strong performers the opportunity to earn above OTE.

The full commission structure and qualifying criteria will be explained during the recruitment process.

You focus on conversations, qualification, bookings and follow‑up.

You’ll Be A Strong Fit If You:

- Have experience in appointment setting, phone sales, lead qualification or consultative sales

- Can demonstrate previous performance with real numbers

- Are confident spending significant time on the phone

- Build rapport naturally without sounding scripted

- Can ask direct financial questions respectfully

- Know how to create urgency without high‑pressure sales tactics

- Understand that good salespeople follow up





- Are disciplined with CRM and pipeline management

- Like clear targets and measurable performance

- Can take feedback and implement it

- Stay consistent when calls don’t go your way

- Are self‑motivated and accountable when working remotely

- Are comfortable with commission‑only remuneration

Experience in property, mortgage broking, financial services, insurance, solar, recruitment or similar phone‑based sales environments is advantageous, but proven phone performance matters more.
