About the Role

As a Junior Resourcing Consultant, you will support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and resourcing activities. Working closely with our consulting and delivery teams, you will source candidates, coordinate recruitment processes, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools.
- Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews.
- Coordinate reference checks and compliance documentation.
- Prepare candidate profiles, CVs, and client submission packs.
- Support onboarding and mobilisation activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and databases.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future opportunities.
- Assist with workforce planning and recruitment campaigns.
- Provide administrative support across recruitment and resourcing functions.
- Develop robust relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, human resources, or professional services.
- Experience working with government clients or within a regulated environment (desirable).
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law, Communications, or a related discipline (desirable).
