Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Enterprise Support team and drive success for our enterprise customers building applications on AWS. You will define a support strategy, deliver expert guidance, and coordinate with AWS engineers to ensure rapid issue resolution.

You will engage with customers across the cloud adoption lifecycle, present reviews, and advocate for customer requirements.
