Mile End Bagels, Melbourne's wood-fired Montreal-style bakery, is seeking a Production Kitchen Lead to own standards, systems, efficiency, culture, and dispatch across the production kitchen and four Melbourne stores.
You will upgrade recipes, specs, prep lists and batch methods to support growth, track waste and yields, train and develop kitchen and dispatch teams, and ensure every store receives the right product on time and to spec.
