Omniscient seeks a technically savvy Customer Success Associate to support the Quicktome platform and its customers. This remote role handles inquiries, triages issues, assists with implementations, and supports pre-sales activities while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales and clinical teams.

You will drive customer success, product adoption, and growth in the medical imaging field, engaging across the organization and with customers on a daily basis.
