About The Pauline Gandel Women’s Imaging Centre
The Pauline Gandel Women’s Imaging Centrecomprisesthe Department of Radiology and the Department ofObstetricand Gynaecological Ultrasound. The Centre oversees the provision of high-level complex, primary through quaternary care to both inpatients and outpatients (women,fetusesand newborns).We also providegynaecologicaland obstetric procedures to patients referred from other healthcare providers seeking tertiary imaging and diagnoses.
About the role
The purpose of the Receptionistis to provide front of house reception and clerical support toa very busyMedical Imaging department.This position requireshigh level,accuratedata entry of patient registrations & appointments, effective management of all telephone queries, patient billing, and daily clinic liaison.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous manner
- Good timemanagement and prioritisation skills
- Ability to use sound judgement when dealing with people indifficult situations.
- Demonstrable English language and literacy skills.
- Understanding of the importance ofmaintainingpatient confidentiality.
