Aphrodite Studio is a premium four-chair salon in South Yarra, known for bespoke, lived-in colour and one-on-one client care. We're looking for an experienced stylist who wants to earn more, grow faster, and work somewhere that takes the craft seriously.

Key responsibilities

- Provide bespoke colour work and styling services to clients
- Build and hold your own loyal clientele
- Conduct consultations with clients
- Work with premium clientele who book for colour work

About you

- 3+ years behind the chair, with a Certificate III in Hairdressing at minimum
- A confident colourist, especially in balayage and lived-in tones
- You can build and hold a clientele, and you love the consultation as much as the colour
- Available full time, working salon hours
- Full working rights in Australia
- 20% profit share on top of base rate. You get a weekly revenue target covering services, retail and add-ons,



and you keep 20% of everything above it
- Free hair services and staff discounts on products
- Direct education from a working industry educator. Owner Peter Eppelstun trains stylists across the industry, one-on-one, in-salon
- Clients provided. You don't need to bring a book. We fill your chair, and you build and hold your own loyal clientele from there
- A small team, not a factory. Four chairs and real time with every client
- Room to grow. As Aphrodite Studio grows, so do the opportunities to step into bigger roles
