The Reject Shop is hiring a hands-on store leader for our Gold Coast location. You’ll run a busy store on the floor with a team of 10 to 15, owning the day-to-day operations from service to standards. No desk work; if you love being on the shop floor, this role is for you.

You’ll bring proven retail leadership, a practical mindset, and the ability to coach a team to hit targets. Training will be provided in our growing Australian operation.
