About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you'll help create the exceptional first impressions that define every guest stay. Through your attention to detail and commitment to quality, you'll ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome guests.

What You'll Do

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and hotel areas to brand standards
- Make beds, change linen, and replenish guest amenities
- Ensure rooms are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Work efficiently to achieve daily room targets
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Deliver quality service that contributes to a positive guest experience

What We're Looking For

- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not essential
- Availability to work a minimum of three weekdays per week
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to perform a physically active role, including lifting, bending, pushing trolleys, and standing for extended periods
- Valid Australian work rights and current residence in Australia
