Powerhouse Parramatta is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day visitor-facing services, coordinating frontline operations across Visitor Hospitality, Lang Walker Academy and Powerhouse Residencies. The role acts as the escalation point during shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality service in a complex 24‑hour setting.
The position is a fixed‑term, part‑time role up to 4 years, with a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
