BHP is seeking a Specialist Trainer to lead internal WAIO training theory and practical assessments for high risk equipment and processing plant. You will design and deliver training plans, assess technicians and improve programs to maintain safety and performance.

Role involves admin support for the training team, coordination of internal training, and working within a FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth or Busselton or residential in Newman. Safety and compliance are priorities.
