The Role

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role working alongside our project and installation teams across NSW.

Depending on the project, your work will include:

- Site welding, fabrication and modification of structural steel

- Installing, fitting and adjusting structural steel components

- Reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings

- Cutting, grinding,



welding and finishing steel on site

- Rigging and dogging activities where appropriately qualified

- Working safely around cranes, EWPs and other site equipment

- Checking completed work for accuracy and quality

- Working across day, night and weekend shifts as project requirements dictate

What We're Looking For

You’ll be a trade-qualified Boilermaker / Welder who is comfortable working on construction sites and can adapt to different projects and working environments.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent

- Strong welding, fabrication and site installation experience

- Construction Industry White Card

- Strong commitment to safety and quality

- Reliability, punctuality and a solid work ethic

- Flexibility to work overtime, shift work and weekends when required

- Ability to work effectively as part of a site team

- Rigging and/or dogging qualifications and experience – highly regarded

- EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant construction tickets – advantageous
