Buildkite is seeking engineers to maintain and improve the Buildkite Agent, the open-source component used worldwide. You will own features end-to-end, design for partial failures, and work across infrastructure and AI-driven tooling.
Expect rapid iteration, solid ownership, and collaboration with a global team as you ship reliable updates. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly, review code, and contribute to roadmaps by proposing valuable enhancements.
