We are seeking a Client Administrator to join our clients 15 staff Perth accounting practice. This is a full or part-time position based close to West Perth. In this role, you will be the vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, accurate record-keeping, and exceptional service delivery. As Client Administrator, you will play a key part in maintaining and strengthening client relationships while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the accounting practice.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing client communications via email, phone, and in-person interactions with professionalism and responsiveness
- ASIC and ATO administration (Training provided)
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client databases and administrative records
- Processing client requests and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Preparing and distributing invoices, quotations, and other client documentation
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients
- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients and managing necessary documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the wider business operations
- Providing general support to the management team as required
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role, ideally within an accounting practice,
or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems or administrative software such as XERO or Handisoft.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
- A proactive, customer-service-focused approach with a genuine desire to exceed client expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team-oriented team
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment
- Desirable: experience with an accounting practice administration role
