About the role
We are currently looking for a Lawyer (18 month – 2 years PQE)to join our innovative Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. Inthis role you will be involved in a diverse range of litigationmatters, including commissions and inquiries, historic abuseclaims, contract disputes, and various regulatory matters,providing sound and practical advice for private and public sectorclients.
The work is complex and challenging which will see you workingclosely with leading partner – Norman Lucas, and alongside otherexceptional litigators and like-minded professionals in acollaborative team environment. You will be recognised for personalachievements and receive mentoring from senior team members toensure your professional skills continue to grow and develop.
About you
Ideally you will have:
- Significant broad litigation experience(advisory, mediation, hearings and litigation), includingworking in a high volume practice
- Robust technical, drafting and researchskills
- Impressive academic qualifications
- An engaging manner with excellentcommunication skills at all levels
- Well-developed negotiation skills and strongattention to detail
- Experience in historic abuse claims orsignificant personal injury experience would be preferred
