Rio Tinto is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to monitor fixed plant equipment from a central control room in a remote mining environment. The role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster (Day/Night/Weekend/Public holidays) with a 5/5/4 pattern and involves ensuring safety and production targets are met.

You will use SCADA/HMI systems, respond to issues, and engage with site personnel to optimise downtime and output while maintaining a solid safety culture against fatigue policies.
